Hi, I'm a 20s from Vietnam who studying in Oulu, Finland for my degree. I love movies, TV series, music, playing guitar and cooking. I like to learn new things, that why I got many different hobbies. I'm a newbie in UI/UX design.
I can cook and I love to try new food, as food is always a pleasure for me. I hope I can share some time with you guys to learn more about local lifestyle since I'm not a person for tourists' tour like 'Hop on, Hop off' bus.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I found I'm a bit shy to bother local people when I'm traveling, as I respect one's personal space. My previous trips usually are some long silent walk, get lost in cities for days, watching local lifestyle. As joining Couchsurfing, I hope I can know more about local life and meet new friends from all over the world, seeing the cities from your perspective.

Music, Movies, and Books

My entertainment taste changed over time. I used to read Haruki Murakami constantly a few books in a row, then I decided to stop. Same thing for Dan Brown. So it depends on my mood and currently experience.

TV series: Game of Thrones, Westworld, How I met your mother, Big bang theory, Mad Men, Agent of SHIELD, Sherlock,

Movies: Harry Potter, Star Trek, Christopher Nolan's (except Memento :p), Hunger Game, Into the wild, most of Will Smith's movies, Marvel's, Mad Max, Pirate Radio, Hellboy, Pan's Labyrinth, Begin Again, Ratatouille, Finding Dory etc. I can't list them all here. :D

Music: Tom Odell, Ed Sheeran, James Blunt, Years and Years, Apocalyptica, Linkin Park, Avenged Sevenfold, Norah Jones, Magic, Jay Chou, Avicii, Zedd, etc.

Those are just some of my favorites, I love music, so I like to explore new perspectives.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

How can I define 'amazing'? I just do normal stuff people do.

- Follow my dream - go overseas for education.
- Travel alone. I used to hesitate to travel alone. But now I'm comfortable with that.
- Used to took care of a few handicapped, stray cats and dogs together with my mom.
- Push me out of my comfort zone. And I did that a lot recently.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook and bake. Maybe some simple dishes within my ability.
I can play guitar. I can share some of my favorite songs with you.
