I live my life like everyday is a gift. I try to surround myself with positive people who have joie de vivre and can appreciate the simple things. I will always stop to smell the flowers, or watch the sunset. Hugs are my favorite form of greeting, and respect for all is what I strive for

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very handy to have around the house as I tend to fix and clean when I have spare time. I am a wonderful cook and love to trade recipes. I love being outdoors so if you need any help gardening I'm your man! =)

I have very little as of yet. I met this girl who let me stay at her place and told me about this website and since I have just become a traveller, she said I should register

Life in all its shapes and forms. Music, the outdoors. Stories, books, movies. Above all my passion is life.
I enjoy a good conversation and sitting in a local cafe as well, especailly if they have good bread and backgammon or chess.
I'm a sci-fi/fantasy nerd so any chance to catch a movie I'm down.
I have a Djimbe (african drum) and love to play along with people whenever and where ever.

I've been across the US a couple times and have seen many of the national parks. I Love backpacking in the back country 1 week in 1 week out = amazing.= but the most beautiful sunsets I've found are in humboldt county!

I am full of knowledge and if I don't know something I am always eager to learn.
I know a bit about:
Gardening, farming, cooking, fishing, wildcrafting, wood working yoga and martial arts.
I'd really like to find someone to learn a foriegn language with as it is always easier with a partener. My favorites are french and spanish but I would LOVE to learn an eastern language as well.
