HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i am a welcoming host, happy to show you the sights of my current home town! Have been involved with local CS events. Went on a "road trip" in croatia and met a fellow CS for dinner, drinks and a swim! Met up with a Kiwi CS in our local for drinks...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

just hosted my fourth CSan d look forward to many more! a great way to meet interesting, well-travelled folk with stories to tell! CS leaves me with a warm feeling and all CS-ers seem to leave me with something new - be it food, music, a recipe or a new skill! it's brilliant!

Interests

i love music most of all, playing my guitar, singing sweet harmonies with my buddies, travelling and adventuring around the many parts of our world, i love the ocean, i love green-ness, yew trees, paganism, celtic celebrations, art, foreign films, i love buildings too, architecture and urban degredation! And food! I forgot to mention food! I love to cook and to learn new recipes and taste new flavours... any cooking CSers will be gladly welcomed ;o0

music was my first love, from when i first picked up that recorder!! i have so many favourite artists, but currently, on my internal playlist are fat freddy's drop, ani di franco, kings of convenience, bob dylan, frightened rabbits, groove armada, akasha, the xx, paul weller, john martyn, fink, tricky, alice russell, quantic, belleruche....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

hitched down the west coast of ireland with empty pockets and doing henna tattoos as the only source of income... camped on the clifftops, danced on the hills, bathed in the ocean - utter freedom!
