ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Else Frijling, I'm 22 years old and I would like to see as much of the world as possible. I'm just getting started and as a student I do not have a lot of money. That's why I love couchsurfing. I prefer meeting locals and to get an insiders perspective on the place I'm visiting. I like to trust on their tips and tricks, usually they're more interesting than the ones from touristbooks. When you're visiting me I'll be glad to do the same for you.
I do religious studies at the university of Groningen, but I'm not religious myself. Never have been and I'm not planning on changing that. I consider myself as a positive, laid back, openminded person.

Hosted more than I surfed myself

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Me and my roommate have hosted several couchsurfers from different countries. We've had guests from Germany, Poland, USA, Mexico and the Netherlands. It was very nice to help people with a place to stay and show them around the city.
I have been couchsurfing in Israel and the Palestinian territories. It's a great way to experience the stories of the people who live there themselves.
