Hi, I'm Emma and I live for traveling.

I'm 21 years old and have already been lucky enough to see a fair bit of the world as I used to work as Cabin Crew for British Airways. It was a great job, but I never felt like I saw enough of each place or got to really embrace the cultures like I would have liked to; hence, why I am giving up my job come March 2017 and swapping it for a year of adventure, traveling the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My boyfriend, Callum and I will be travelling the world for a year starting in March 2017 and are on a pretty tight budget. But, hey, that's not going to stop us from exploring this beautiful planet of ours.

We thought Couchsurfing would be a great way to meet new people in new places and perhaps, see a side of each city or town that we may not get to see if we were to stay in a hotel.

Interests

As you may have already gaged by now, I love traveling. I also love writing about it. I have had my own blog www.emmieleey.com for nearly two years now and have written a small amount on each of my travels on there, along with my other interests, such as beauty, film and just writing about life in general.

Callum and I have set up a joint blog for our year around the world: www.vlogpackers.blogspot.co.uk and will be writing about our travels as we go along.
