About Me

Why it's so difficult to describe yourself?? Well, let's try...

I'm Spanish, and as a good one I need to socialize, and for socializing I mean including beer or wine in most of my plans. I like to accompany them with good conversations about all randomly stuff, learn from other people opinions and discover new interests. I'm a permanent learner. Also open-minded, optimistic and passionate with all that I do. I love cooking and, most of all, eating ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's an incredible idea. Traveling and going to an hotel it's like old fashioned, isn't it? When I travel, I also want to know the culture, get involved with the people from the place, see how they live. Thats the hole experience of traveling.

The reason I don't host people is cause I'm working as a nanny and I live with the family I work for, so I just have a bedroom and I'm not allowed to bring people.

Interests

As I said before, I love cooking and to try new dishes. Also music. I play the flute and would love to learn how to play the guitar and the violin. But my big passion are books. When I'm bored I just go to a Waterstones and spend there hours choosing a book. The problem is that I end with 10...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kind of music, from classic music to rock. Taste this in diversity =)
My favorite book is To kill a Mockingbird, from Harper Lee. It's one of this books with a real message, that everybody should read once on its life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done in my life is to move from Spain to UK when I was 22. I did it alone, and it's the best decision Ive ever made. To start from 0, to build a new life in a context that you don't know at all, without anybody to help you, with a language that you don't know... You get to know yourself in a manner that you have never imagined. I recommend it to everyone.

Teach, Learn, Share

The experience is the best teacher, and to listen other people experiences it's a great way to learn. All people we know along our life teach us something, even if it's in a bad way. We may not remember all of them, but somewhere inside our brain we have a bit of each one.

What I Can Share with Hosts

All that I have, both physically and mentally.

Countries I’ve Visited

Dominican Republic, England, France, Italy, Vatican City State, Wales

Countries I’ve Lived In
