About Me

Hello ! I am a student and I live in Paris. I love to travel, to encounter new people and challenge myself. I travel by bike, by hitchhiking, by foot... I plan on doing a big hitchhiking trip next year, so I'll be super glad to discuss and share travelling experiences !

I also love music : I play saxophone and drums in a marching band at home, and I take instruments almost everywhere I go. I'm always glad to teach a little saxophone when that's possible, so don't hesitate to ask !

I'm a vegetarian, and I'm striving to make my trips as ecological as possible.

I love to party and to dance in general, but I also enjoy staying chill ; I love to walk and bike and move around, but can also spend a whole day reading a book... Anything can interest me really. Just ask !

One of my goals to unlearn all of the false things that we have been taught. We've been taught to fear strangers, to shut down our spontaneity, to focus on security and the future rather than enjoyment and the present... I want to free myself from all of these stupid ideas. So I travel around and meet many people !

Hope I'll see you around,
Emma

Music, Movies, and Books

Many, many stuff... We can discuss that when we meet !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently, I was hitchhiking home (to Paris) with a friend, from Berlin. It was past 10pm, and we were at a gas station next to the highway, next to the frontier with Belgium. We did not really expect to sleep at home this night, but we still went around and asked people. I talked to a truck driver, who told me he was going to Paris on monday (it was saturday night), but that had finished his day. I went back with my friend, and a few minuts later, the truck driver drove up to us and told he would take us to Paris tonight... That was the nicest thing I had ever heard. We spent 3 hours listenning to czech rock and roll, and he dropped us right in front of my home. This is the kind of things that makes you want to thank the entire world.
