Hello!

I'm a Canadian teacher, tree planter, traveller, and art enthusiast currently soaking up the creative energy in Paris while pursuing my master's in art history.

My curiosity has always been my compass. Long before I was buying bus/plane/train tickets, I was exploring every nook and cranny of Toronto on my bike, curious about what lay beyond each corner. At 18, I signed up for a volunteer program that brought me to a small village in Ukraine for half a year. Since then, I've lived, worked, and wandered across Canada, France, Italy, and beyond, spending 5 months backpacking through West Africa and scooting around Europe on weekends and holidays as a teacher and now a student.

When I’m not out exploring, you can find me buried in a book, breathing through new yoga poses, tucked into an underground cinema or whipping up some plant-based delights in my kitchen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel, I am looking for connection. I love that couchsurfing provides a network of like-minded, open-hearted people.
When not using this platform, I use facebook groups, WWOOFing, Workaway, language exchange meetups, and dinner groups to seek out these kinds of connections.
