My name is Emma and currently I live in Finland, doing an internship for my studies of Special Needs Education. I have ever been to this country (nor have I ever had my own sauna!) but I feel really comfortable so far. I am eager to get to know Finland and its habitants and hope to surf some couches! I like to think of me as an open-minded person that gets along with everybody, loves to travel and to be around people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people and think this is the best way to connect with locals from whom I can learn about their culture and lifestyle.
I always like to be surrounded by people and think I can gain so much more from Couchsurfing than from a regular hotel stay. Also, as a student it is of course amazing to travel rather cheap :)
