I love dancing, hiking, wiggling, clowning, writing, reading, cooking and being with trees!

I teach yoga, direct a yoga studio and train yoga teachers, with a focus on increasing diversity in the yoga world, making the teaching of yoga more sensitive to the realities of people's past traumas, and celebrating all bodies, genders and abilities.

I love building community through my yoga studio, and also through community potlucks, temporary communities (like Burning Man) and organizing community art projects.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This summer (2016) I am travelling across Canada and hope to meet and connect with interesting folks and ecosystems.

When I get back to Kitchener I hope to make my couch available to surfers!
