Overview
About Me
I'm a recent undergraduate from the University of Oregon in Spanish and Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies. I studied in Querétaro, México after freshman year and after graduating I taught English in Guadalajara, México.
I'm aiming to travel as much as possible in the near future and host as many couch surfers as possible as well.
I love getting to know new people and new cultures!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing to be to know new people (by hosting) and hopefully get to know new people while I'm traveling.
Although my budget is tight, I'm saving for my next trip (probably to Candada, México, or South America) and I'd love to make some more connections either north or south of here.
While at undergrad, I worked with international students for two years and I was constantly impressed by their generosity and kindness. After listening to their typical interactions with Americans, I was unimpressed with our typical hospitality. I hope to change international traveler's impressions of Americans through Couchsurfing!
Interests
I love running half marathons (training for a marathon), hanging out with my twin brother and good friends, rock climbing, concerts, and eating my way through whatever city/town I'm in.
