Overview
About Me
I am recent Hampshire College graduate; there I studied agriculture, specifically livestock management & behavior, and hydroponics. My three favorite things in this world are animals, plants, and the ocean. I am most comfortable surrounded by them. I enjoy learning new things, especially from other people. I am a hands on learner, with a "go get it" attitude. I like laughing and getting to know people over a glass of wine. Trying new recipes, and being in the kitchen cooking are other passions of mine.
I am a clean, easy going person, just looking for a place to crash after a long day of driving. I love meeting new and interesting people, trying new foods, and exploring new places. I am a warm person looking for an inviting, fun atmosphere.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am currently planning my cross-country drive from Boston to San Diego to start the next chapter in my life. I am headed out there to start my professional career in agriculture. I am trying to save money on hotels by Couchsurfing. I heard it was a great way to meet new people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in Ireland on a farm with a family I had never met before for 4 months. I became part of their family and worked on their cattle farm during calving season. I also worked on their cousin's 500 head sheep farm during lambing season. It was an incredible experience. I had so much fun getting to do what I am passionate about daily. I gained so much practical farming knowledge I will use for years to come.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am just learning how to cross stitch and embroidery, so I'd love to learn tips and secrets.
I can teach my agriculture knowledge and give you tips on livestock and your garden.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my gardening and farming skills, my witty humor,
