ABOUT ME

Am fun-loving, tiny human being (you know what they say about dynamite?) who is keen to get out there and get lost in places I don't know. Easy to talk to and laugh with. Dangerously curious, and keen to keep my brain and eyes constantly stimulated.

PHILOSOPHY

Changes constantly, but is just to try and travel and learn as much about life, the world, and myself as possible. Staying open to new experiences seems like the best way to do that :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted two amazing couchsurfers and had an incredible experience getting to know them. I've also surfed myself in Vietnam and the UK, and met some quality quality people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Studied English Lit, so huge into my South African authors, transnational literature, classics...with a huge soft spot for sci fi and fantasy. Love everything about reading and books. Books create movies in my mind, and come with their own soundtracks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Done the highest bungee jump in the world! Pickpocketed on my first day in Paris! Got stopped at the Singaporean border for having num-chucks in my bag.

Teach, Learn, Share

Great at conversing, particularly in English Lit. Could definitely try and teach you English, or at least how to swear in English.
Interested in learning how to fly (want to get my paragliding license), and learning how to surf.
Need to go scuba diving as well!
