I believe that a curious mind, a solid intuition, and a kind heart are the most important tools with which to travel (across countries, and through life in general)

I have been a student for long enough (too long) to have learned that the absolute best learning in life is done on the fly. And usually by messing up. A lot. OR through travelling. So, I am hoping to do more of that kind of learning.

I write and laugh a lot. I love sad films and happy memoirs. I like records and hot tea and making pals and dancing poorly.

I am a perpetual seeker, but I love my city. So damn much. I will always come back to it (let me show you why some day)!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I truly believe we are global citizens, brothers and sisters with the capacity for great kindness and the opportunity to learn from and enjoy both our differences and commonalities as humans and travellers.

I want to connect and learn from all the beautiful, weird and wonderful souls on this little planet of ours!

I am heading off on my first solo European trip this summer, and though I am a very independent traveller, I would love to experience the places I will be headed through the eyes of someone who knows and loves them (or at the very least, I appreciate the place to crash)

Interests

Nothing beats a lazy day in the park or an evening of stiff drinks, good music, and long laughs with old or new friends :)

As far as actual interests go, I might be a bit of university student cliche; I'm fascinated by exploring the boundaries of human consciousness through creative means of expression, be they film, contemporary or classical art or literature, and also have interests in theosophy, politics, pop culture, nature, blah blah..
