I'm a New Zealander in my late 20's doing a one year solo adventure around as much of Europe as I can fit in, before possibly finding somewhere here to settle down for a while. I enjoy being active and getting out to explore anywhere and everywhere; especially if there's someone who wants to come along and share in the experience with me :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A big part of why I love travelling is being able to connect with so many different people, to share our stories, experiences and learn about other cultures and ways of life. Couchsurfing seems like the perfect opportunity for this :)

Interests

Hiking through the Southern Alps of New Zealand and kayaking in the bright blue lakes made me realise how much I thrive on exploring as well the physical challenge of it all. I absolutely love trying new things, and will be up for giving almost anything a go! I also enjoy plenty of quiet down time in between, moments of peace to relax and take it all in

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The safari parks in Southern Africa were definitely something I'll never forget, as was snorkelling in Fiji. Seeing my first really old Roman building when I arrived in Europe was pretty cool too, especially as an art student!
