I'm new to couchsurfing and excited to connect!

I am a Canadian tree planter, yoga teacher, craniosacral therapist and wanderer! Over the past few years I have spent most of my time living out of either a tent or car and really appreciate the simple things in life.

I enjoy spending time in nature, moving, meditating, having deep conversations or getting extra silly. I love hiking, camping, climbing, dancing, yoga or simply hanging by a water source reading, journaling or leanring something new. I find somatic body works and spirituality really interesting and love to deep dive into this realm.

Having lived in many communal living situations over the years I know the importance of respecting shared space and open honest communication of boundaries and expectations. I consider my self very clean and I'm fairly go with the flow and adaptable to situations. I love to hang out and have a good chat but also am content in keeping myself entertained!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As an extrovert I love meeting and connecting with new people, sharing in experiences and learning about the many walks of life different people experience! While travelling I love it culturally to learn more about a region and the culture through connecting with the people who are actually apart of it.
