About Me

Hey everyone!
My name is Emma and I'm born ans raised in France in the lovely area located in the countryside not far away from Lyon (for those who know it ;). To introduce briefly my family, there are my mom and my dad and then two siblings, one older brother and the other is a 11 year old boy. Oh and also a old doggy!!
Next month I'm gonna turn 19, and I've been here, in Perth, for almost 6 months now! I've been an pair in two differents families, but now that my time's almost over in my current lovely family I would like to travel up the west coast! I've always wanted to travel alone as I'm convinced that we are much more open to meet ne people, and local especially which is what I'm looking for! I'm eager to learn as much as I can from this I wish increadibely fulfilling experience that I can experience at my age!
I'm don't really know what to say beside what has already been written previously, but if I have to choose some adjectives to discribe who I am, firstly I would choose only positive things so you would stay here on my profile, and secondly I would have to thoroughly think about it as it is not as easy as ot appears to be... Talkative is the first one coming to my mind, then I would say fond of passionate people, wheter it is about litterature, history or even gardening, I just can't help myself but to be interested by almost everything ahah! Oh and I try my best to be funny, even if I must say I might have failed once in a while ;)!
Et voilà! I hope my english is good enough to be read!
Cheers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually, this is the very fisrt time that I'm using the site, but I've been told that it is really great when you travel alone, and the more I discover about it the more I like it!
I'm planning on travelling alone for one month and I must admit that I fear the lonelyness and I guessed what 's better than meeting people who are as keen on discovering new persons as I am? I feel secure as well by the apparent professionalism of the site which is the main reason I think regarding my age and my lack of similar experiences!

Music, Movies, and Books

To share my favorite songs it's easy, I just have to check on my phone, umh let me see... Careless whisper, some songs of the Do, shape of my heart, feeling good, or the singer Asaf Avidan, I love what he does! Ben Caplan, and especially Ride on, but old song as weel like I follw the river and several others!
And of course lots of french songs, from some that no one knows about like Un peu de mélancolie heureuse to J'arrive pas by Zaz, oh and I almost forgot about my latest discovery Indigo Night by Tamino!
Regarding reading, I love it but most of the time I'm too lazy to strat reading a book, arghh!! I hope I'll make up for lost time while travelling!!
And telling here what is my favorite movies is completely impossible as I can't recall any movies' names, damm my memory which is failing me every time on the point!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My only real adventure so far in my short-time life has been to come here, in Australia, on my own! Being alone to start your life all over for one 8 months is clearly scary when you just left the coccon of your family but I guess (and hope) it will help me later in my life! I met so many amazing people and created some precious friendships here taht, I know for sure, will stick with me for the rest of my life! But what makes this time here really increadible is the moments of doubts that i over came, almost alone! It may sound silly to an older ear but when you're not even 20 it is a real adventure, I assure you! Moreover being an animal lover and broadly speaking nature lover, I enjoyed every single moments I've seen new species or landscapes! I also tried surfing and loved it! I just can't wait to see more of this amazing soil!
