Overview
About Me
A serial uni-delayer who spends the little money left over from adult duties (the rent and bills don't pay themselves) to see what I can of the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Think it's a good platform to experience things one would otherwise miss out on. We are at our best when we connect with others so I'm fully supportive of any initiatives that streamline / fast track this process.
Interests
Very much into design and art forms. Thought-provoking films are also my thing, as are communal meals, plants and permaculture, afternoon light, anthropology (damn humans are fascinating!), biking, urban culture and the beautiful process of learning through osmosis, spurred on by the varied people you surround yourself with.

Music, Movies, and Books
Genre's are tough (pigeonholing a song like that just seems wrong) but according to the apple store I mostly listen to stuff under the House, Techno, Electronic, Alternative and Indie Rock umbrella. Basically anything with smooth sounds / ambient synths / and that doesn't sound like most of the commercial crap on the radio has my approval - think Dean Blunt, Call Super, King Krule, Angel Olsen.
Some favourite films of mine - 'Paris, Texas' 'Frances Ha' 'The Piano Teacher’ or pretty much anything featured on the Criterion Collection. An author I admire - Hermann Hesse.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A conversation (anywhere on the spectrum - from small talk to the profound and philosophical. I have been known to master both) and a different perspective on the crazy world around us.
