Hey there! I am Emma, I'm originally from Italy but I also lived for two years in boarding school in Tel Aviv; I am currently studying Economics at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
I've travelled a lot around Europe with friends and I have also been to Ethiopia, India, Viet Nam, Cambodia, and other exotic places.

I'm on couchsurfing because I think that as a frequent traveller it is very nice to get to know the locals, and establishing a sort of relationship with them is essential in order to fully understand and appreciate the culture and the place you are visiting.

Intereses

I love going out, socialising, discussing interesting current topics with friends. I've sailed since I was 5, I like running and I like to be surrounded by people.
Also, I think travelling is one of the best things in the whole universe.

Música, películas y libros

Talking about music, I really enjoy listening to the bands "Oasis", "REM", "Pink Floyd", as well as Passenger and Ed-Sheeran. However, I am also into party music, especially Reggae and Commercial.
I like action movies and comedies, but I also love to watch Tv-series.
Reading is a very nice hobby in my opinion, and I enjoy reading italian authors, such as "Italo Calvino" and other classic ones.

I moved by myself to Israel at the age of 16 because I wanted to study in an international school, despite the fact that all my Italian friends thought I was going to die because of the war.
