Hi There,

I'm Emma and I am travelling with Fiance, David. We come as a pair on our trips!

A bit about Emma: I love travelling, meeting people and making memories. I enjoy hiking, exploring, watching movies and enjoying a casual beer with friends.

A bit about David: I love sports and being active. I enjoy hiking and going for walks to explore a local area, and also enjoy catching up with friends over a beer too!

We met at University where David was studying Maths & Physics ad Emma studying Engineering. After university we both got jobs and worked hard to establish a life together in London. After a few years and after getting engaged we wanted to explore the world some more; it can't be all about payday, paying off the mortgage/rent and bills! So of we went on our Canadian adventure.

We got married on Canada Day 150 (completely coincidentally) in the UK and have come back to Western Canada to continue exploring and find somewhere to settle.. eventually... :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're on couchsurfing as we wanted to find a way of meeting new people whilst travelling as economically as possible, while travelling as far and as wide as possible!

We are a friendly couple and will happily spend time with the host, or if the host needs space; we can give that too. We're keen to get to know you and learn about your life here in Canada and stories about your travels and experiences.
