I currently base myself around Manchester but am planning lots of adventures for 2015 so will be here, there and everywhere. I like to have fun and enjoy being around positive, smiley people. I love the outdoor and try to spend as much time outside and exercising as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In May 2015, I first used couch surfers, this was because myself and my best friend Emily rollerskated across the Netherlands and we wanted to prove that you could have an adventure without spending too much money. We had a great experience and met people that I would probably not have met if it wasn't for there generosity through this website. At the moment I can't offer a place to stay, and I will be travelling for a few years to come, but when I am more settled down somewhere I would love to repay the kindness people have shown me.

Music, Movies, and Books

All kinds of music as long as it is good quality, anything to make me bounce around really. I love reading but rarely have time to do it, long bus journeys are a great excuse to read. I like to read about real people, preferably on adventures around the world. My favourite movie is Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I became the first person to run across Africa, 3,974km from West to East, in 2014. I was also the first female to run the Freedom Trail, 2,400km across South Africa in 2011. And with my friend Emily Pitts, I have roller-skated across the Netherlands.
