Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After a while hostels are all the same: each couch surfing experience is different.
It encourages generosity, trust and mutual respect: all Good Things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading, it would take too long to list all the books I would recommend.
His Dark Materials series by Philip Pullman are still some of my favourite books despite first reading them when I was 10.
Some of the best non-fiction that I've read which has changed the way I think and see the world: Sapiens, Doing Good Better, This Changes Everything, Thinking Fast and Slow, Inside the Nudge Unit, Don't Even Think About It.
I am currently starting a mission to read at least one book from an author in every country: send me your recommendations!

Music: anything that makes me feel like dancing.
Films: anything with a good script.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiking from Cambridge to Poland in 36 hours.
Climbing up a 4000m mountain in Malaysia as the sun rose.
Moved to France, knowing no-one for the start of my Masters.
