I'm a writer and filmmaker following my soul's journey. I've created a life for myself that allows me to do what I came here to do - tell stories that inspire healing and transformation in our beautiful but damaged world. This means I cannot live the 'normal' 9 to 5 way as it zaps and saps my soul. I need to be fully alive and well to do what I do - which is to express my truth and inspire others to be fully themselves.

I am from the UK but have lived all over the world. I was born in India and then lived in Nigeria, the Ivory Coast, England, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Guatemala and Argentina.

I've just completed 3 years of adventure in Argentina. I came here to improve my tango and hike in Patagonia. But I have benefitted in so many other ways that I wasn't consciously looking for. My adventures will feature in my next book 'Tango, Camino, Romeo.'
