ABOUT ME

I'm a 23 year old designer, originally from Scotland and now living in Canterbury, England. I have travelled all over the world staying in hostels (including Tokyo, Amsterdam, Madrid, Porto, Berlin & Venice) and I also spent one year living and working as a architectural assistant in Barcelona, Spain. Everywhere I have travelled people have recommended couch-surfing to me but I've only just got round to making this profile!

I work in the field of design for museums and exhibitions and so am particularly interested in travel to see museums and galleries - I love all things cultural from art and design to music and dance. I am also interested at learning new languages (german is top of the list right now!) and in maintaining my Spanish, which I fear I am forgetting more of every day.

I don't yet! But I'm hoping to take part in showing people around Kent or chatting to potential visitors and maybe meeting some fun people who'd be willing to host me for a night or two while I travel in the UK and beyond to see the great museums and galleries I haven't made it to yet!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting Tokyo was probably the high point of my travels so far - everything about the city was amazing. Living in Barcelona for a year was very special too - I still feel an amazing connection with the place.
