I am a positive, look on the bright side, find a silver lining, problem solving vegan runner. I tend to be happy by nature, more of a night owl than a morning person but always wake up on the right side of the bed.

Running is like therapy to me and helps me keep a clear head. Rain or shine, hot summer or cold winter, I’m logging miles.

I enjoy helping people and I am able to do that through my current work as a personal shopper.

When visiting somewhere new, I prefer to “blend in” as best I can and live as the locals do. Hotels are not really my jam.
