Just me, Emma, backpacking through magical India!

ABOUT ME

We share this CouchSurfing profile, as we have spent the last year travelling together... but now we are following solo travel paths - James in England and Emma in India.

Our weekends (and sometimes mid-weeks!) can occasionally get pretty wild! We have a insane love for the sun, as well as drinking with friends, and combining the 2 is pretty much our ideal way to spend the day.

We thoroughly love and enjoy life (we are both extremely lucky people in that we both love and enjoy what we do) and we cant wait to get out there and explore this amazing planet, and hopefully make some amazing friends along the way :)

PHILOSOPHY

We are very open minded and believe in trying pretty much everything and anything at least once!
We want to expand our minds and horizons to what exists beyond everyday life and to become better connected to the amazing world we live in and the people we share it with. Forget what makes us different and focus on what makes us the same!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

In 2008 we backpacked through Egypt, Jordan and India for two months. We managed to fit in three wonders of the world, the Pyraminds, Petra and the Taj Mahal. But the most amazing experiences we had were spent chilling and drinking with the locals. In 2011 we backpacked our way from Capetown to Uganda, where we volunteered for 2 months, then onto Morocco. Just spent a crazy half year in London... with James staying on and Emma moving onto India.

Emma can share her passion for art and her collection of useless facts. Desperately wanting to be taught how to be an awesome chess player!!! Is interested in learning more about and foods that genuinely benefit the body and mind.

James can share his love of music, interest in mind travel, and discussions on the meaning of life.. (usually after a couple drinks or three)
