An avid traveller, I decided to quit my job and have an extended travel break from the workforce - 6 months in total. I've had a few months in South America in Ecuador and Colombia, and finished off with a quick visit to Mexico before coming to the US. I'm a bit of a runner and am currently training for Chicago Marathon on 7 October. I'm also enjoying some time in Colorado with friends and crewing for some ultra marathons.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It’s a nice way to visit new places whilst also meeting people & maybe getting a locals perspective of a city. You also get to have some great conversations with interesting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mainly listen to music when i run and it's an eclectic mix of songs i can sing along to. I love reading fiction and autobiographies though I've been reading more travel blogs while i've been on the road. Not a big tv watcher, but do enjoy movies, especially on planes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done an ironman distance triathlon, which while i don't think it's amazing, many people are amazed by the distance.
