About Me

CURRENT MISSION to challenge all stereotypes; make freedom, justice, and human rights available to everyone; above all live, let live, be, give love and receive love ABOUT ME I'm currently living in Uganda working for an organization that does work related to education, health and community development. I lived and worked in Morocco for 3 years prior to Uganda first as a Peace Corps Volunteer then for a culture and language center where I did outreach work. I'm wildly ambitious and consistently find myself interested in too many things all at once but, too much is never enough right? I love to travel. I'm a very active person--I dance, ski, play soccer, swim, am a passionate yoga practitioner, run, hike, surf, anything that gets me moving. I'm also very interested in the world--culture, politics, music, food, traveling etc. PHILOSOPHY Mind open, heart enlarged, soul receptive. I feel as though your perception is your reality. What you want out of this world you have to make it happen--pursue your dreams, treat others with respect, kindness, and honesty, free your mind, hope, dream, let go.

Music, Movies, and Books

Most of my music s is comprised of underground indie rock bands, classic rock, instrumental, electronica, and jam bands. I love live music and am a frequent concert go-er.

I love to read, nerd status alert! I like fiction, poetry, non-fiction, and will forever be a sucker for Russian literature.
Movies..oh boy. Everything and anything. Some of my favorites: Almost Famous, Crash, Love Actually, American HistoryX, The Rules of Attraction, Garden State, 500 Days of Summer, Into the Wild, Fight Club, Inglourious Basterds. I also enjoy documentaries and political movies.
