ABOUT ME

Well my name's Emma, I'm 22 and I'm a languages student from England. I guess people generally say that I'm very chatty and kind of quirky! I'm spontaneous, adventurous and determined, kind of a lethal combination. I love to listen to others talking about their lives and experiences, especially when it comes to sharing the travelling bug! I'm a very warm person, and very easy to get along with :)

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a strong believer in fate and karma, and I like to think that we're all here to make each other smile.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had some fantastic couch surfing experiences in the Caribbean (as a surfer) and I've loved it.

兴趣

The most exciting thing for me is to discover new things, that's probably why I love to study languages and see as much of the world as possible. I find it fascinating to experience a world other than your own, other people's quirks and ways of life, turns of phrase etc.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing things I have ever seen were during a holiday in the South of Mexico in December 2011. In Oaxaca we saw 'Hierve el Agua' - some petrified stone waterfalls, El Canyon del Sumidero which I imagine is the next best thing after the Grand Canyon, "Tule", one of the world's biggest trees, and some incredible waterfalls called Agua Azul.
