Overview
About Me
I’m a Rwandan entrepreneur and global connector who believes borders are meant to be crossed, not just geographically, but mentally and economically.
Born and raised in Rwanda, I’ve built a life beyond limits. I lived in China for two years as a student and later returned twice as a businessman, gaining real experience in international trade, sourcing, negotiation, and business culture. Over time, I developed deep expertise in the Chinese market, understanding suppliers, pricing structures, logistics, and cross-border opportunities between Asia and Africa.
Travel has shaped my worldview. I’ve explored Singapore, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Macao, and Laos, and transited through India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Qatar. Each journey expanded my perspective, making me open-minded, strategic, and culturally intelligent.
I am the founder of WEDUCA APPLY Ltd., an education and immigration consultancy helping young Africans access global opportunities. Beyond consultancy, I explore international business ventures, including importation and development projects in Rwanda. I’m constantly thinking about scale, leverage, and impact.
I enjoy connecting with ambitious minds. If you are an entrepreneur, digital nomad, investor, creative, or someone building something meaningful, we’ll have powerful conversations.
Outside Work
I’m grounded and easygoing. I enjoy:
Deep discussions about life strategy, money, culture, and global systems
Music from around the world
Sharing authentic Rwandan meals
Learning from people’s journeys and experiences
Hosting guests from countries like Uganda, Kenya, Singapore, India, the UK, China, and Turkey has been one of the most enriching experiences for me. I respect privacy, communication, and personal space, and I adapt easily to different personalities and lifestyles.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is about connection, not just free accommodation. I love meeting people who think differently, live differently, and see the world from unique perspectives. Every traveler carries a story, and I value that.
When I travel, I want to experience real culture, not just tourist spots. And when I host, I want my guests to feel safe, comfortable, and welcome like family.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2021, I registered my educational consulting firm in Rwanda, and in 2022, I expanded to Burundi. Through this work, I’ve helped around 50 students study abroad, guiding them through applications, documentation, and visa processes. Watching these students access quality education, experience new cultures, and gain international exposure has been one of my greatest achievements.
This journey highlights my entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to youth empowerment. For me, education is about transformation, exposure, and unlocking global potential.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach modern dancing, share travel tips, and explore languages and cultures with my guests. For me, exchange is mutual growth: we learn from each other, laugh together, and leave with new perspectives.
