Hola!

I am Emmanuel Melendez and I born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. After 18 years old I moved to the capital of P.R. San Juan for study. My native language is Spanish and I am a professional urban planner and architecture historian.

I am Emmanuel, a professional urban planner from Puerto Rico who loves to travel and discover new places around the world. I am very curious and I like to have good conversations relative with the places that I am visiting. I love to walk around town and neighborhoods to explore and I always prefer to have a more local experience. I love to share my culture to others and also to learn about your language and to teach you some nice Spanish.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

With 27 years old, I started my "tour" traveling around North America discovering vast lands from California, the Midwest, and New England. I have seen many global big cities but also many small towns in the middle of non-where. I am looking to continue discovering the hidden gems of NorthAmerica. My next steps are to start exploring other parts of the World. I also lived and traveled in Mexico, and traveled to a northern region of Europe. I am here to meet people who likes adventure, cultures, to travel and languages. Recently I moved to Texas, USA and I am starting to exploring around.

I went up to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, to the Empire State Building in NYC, to the Willis Tower in Chicago, the Westing Peach Tree Plaza in Atlanta and the Torre Mayor in Mexico City.

I drove from South Siuox City, Iowa to Winnipeg, Canada in a November.

I climbed up the Piramid of Sun of Teotihuacan in, Mexico.

Crossed the Santa Monica Mountains Hiking.

Hiked around the Hollywood Sign in Los Angeles.

Crossed the Golden Gate Bridge.

Saw the Mona Lisa at the Musée du Louvre in Paris.

Farewell the Old Year in Amsterdam at front of the Royal Plaza with the people of the city.

Saw Greenland and Iceland in a winter by airplane crossing the Atlantic Ocean
