About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Become ready mentally, physically and professionally to be a part of the first class of the Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin
ABOUT ME
Though I am a pretty timid guy at first, I love being spontaneous. I embrace new adventures and generally seize opportunities that come by. I love the people that are closest in my life, and I take their relationships very seriously. Currently, I am student-teaching in Turin, Italy for 3 months
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My first exposure was a couchsurfing event in Paris in summer 2014. I had an incredible time at the picnic on the banks of the Seine river and had very thoughtful conversations, ate great good, drank wine, and listened to great music.
I surfed for the first time in Costa Rica this summer and I am currently hosting travelers in my apartment in Houston.
Interests
You will find me at my most passionate when I show people things I love. I really enjoy taking people around Austin, specifically around my university. It's unusual when it happens, but I rather like to tell my life story
Swimming is one of my favorite pastimes and I enjoy reading, hiking, and biking. I love running around in metropolitan trails. I recently started rock climbing and I try to make it to the rock gym at least once a week. It's a cool hobbie because you can see improvement every climb. I spend a lot of time listening to music in other languages since it is how I best learn them.
I enjoy meaningful conversations especially understanding foreign perspectives. I love to also share casual conversations and have a beer (or ten)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived on a 21-story student building in college, and my roommate and I rapelled from our 20th floor apartment. I ran with the bulls in Pamplona
