To learn how to speak Spanish, get better at surfing (in the ocean, though on couches as well), be outside and enjoy each day

ABOUT ME

I am currently taking two months off work to travel around the US and Canada on tour with the band that I'm part of, Trails and Ways.

I studied Architecture in college and I'd like to practice Landscape Architecture, one day. I play the trumpet and guitar a little and I like to draw. I love to sing.

I surf (on a board in the ocean) and have been doing it for a few years now, though the time constraints of school and work have made it hard to do it regularly. I've accepted it as something I'll be learning/in love with for the rest of my life.

I don't watch many movies, but I know that there are some great ones out there.

I am reading Life by Keith Richards right now.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming in phosphorescent algae blooms under a full moon.

Climbing a mountain: We began in a sunny valley and emerged on a snowy, cloudy ridge. We turned around and in a few hours we were back in the sunny valley.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to make an amazing salad dressing. I can play some songs I wrote for you on the guitar or harmonize with you if you sing.

I can teach you some Spanish or English if you don't already know it.

I can teach you about surfing and waves if you're interested.

I'd like to learn more about electricity, music to listen to, other cultures, how to cook interesting dishes. I love to listen when others share their knowledge!
