ABOUT ME
Fun loving lass keen to meet others similar!
I'm currently on a round-the-world throw down finishing off my last year of uni in the best way possible! (I've spent the last 2 months living in Brunei - next stop Europe, then off to Ghana for a month!)
PHILOSOPHY
Just say yes - you can get so much more out of life if you just become a 'yes' person!
Also, make an effort to make your family and friends feel special - in the end they're what really matter.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: One of the best ones i've seen recently was les mis - wow! Some other goodies that come to mind are Django, Blood diamond, slumdog millionaire, life is beautiful
Music: Yes please! Anything I can belt out into my hair brush or have a boogie to! I'm a bit of a sucker for Aussie hip hop too, which is one of those things that is so awful you can't help but love it. Happy to play some for anyone that thinks they can handle it :P... you be the judge! I also teach little kids the clarinet, so I know how to appreciate a good rendition of 'pop goes the weasel'.. Really want to learn the harmonica.
Books: Love reading, should make more time for it though. The latest book I've been reading is called "The Brain that Changes itself" - pretty inspiring stuff!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Delivered a baby! (Someone else's, not my own...)
Mt Everest from 5500m
Swam in the Ganges in Varanassi, India
Ate a tarantulla in Cambodia...
Teach, Learn, Share
If you want to learn how to cook the best lamb roast of your life come to Aus and i'l show you in a campfire on the beach! Other favourite campfire meals include freshly caught fish baked over the hot coals, or home made damper with billy tea. Nothing beats sleeping out under the stars.
I've recently bought a fancy camera but have barely taken it off auto mode! I'd love to chat to someone that might have a few pointers on how to get started :)
