ABOUT ME

I eat the whole apple... more literally than figuratively. I love apples. I have trouble sitting still and I like to always be active, whether that means building stuff with my hands, or biking, or playing capoeira.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Argentina two years ago for a month, then surfed this summer in Scotland and Ireland for a month. In Salta, Argentina my host made me two cakes and employed a team of people to make empanadas for my birthday. In Glasgow we spent nearly three weeks biking around the city, listening to live music and drinking quality beers. All six hosts Ive had have been awesome. I hosted one person in New York and that was great too!

I love to ride my bike, play capoeira, play music, do ambitious cooking and baking projects, build things with my hands, make art, hang out and drink coffee, dance, and go on adventures.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I like indie and folk music but I am open to listening to most things, I also like things that you can dance to. I enjoy cumbia a lot, and samba. Examples of bands I like: Dr. Dog, Sufjan Stevens, the black keys, django reinhardt, Belle & Sebastian, Devendra Banhart.

Books, I like to read stuff about environmental movements and I also like latin american literature.

Once I watched someone eat 10 saltines in one minute.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I could teach a beginners capoeira class. I could also teach somebody how to crochet, play some chords on the guitar, do simple bike repairs, or cook healthy food.

I want to learn more about how to grow food and also I want to learn about medicinal plants and herbs.
