About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Vouloir, c'est pouvoir!

ABOUT ME

I am a bit shy at first, but very outgoing later. I am studying Human Resources, so you can say I'm a people person. I love backpacking and reading traveling books. I find myself in nature, and I am impressed with the power and beauty of nature.

PHILOSOPHY

Not a kind of philosophy, but there are many contrasts in myself. I dare to climb the tree, but always cry when I get sick. I dare to backpack everywhere, but will cry when I stand in front of a famous landmark.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Two years ago, I had a chance to learn French culture and read many books written by Vietnamese backpackers. Every time I closed the books, I imagined myself standing in front of the Eiffel Tower, touching the stones in Florence, and lying on the beaches of Nice. I wanted to make those dreams come true, and I did!

And I want to help you know more about Vietnam.

Interests

- Moving as much as possible. I love discovering a place by walking and bus.
- Listening to classical and French music. I am young and very active, but I find my calm characteristic only in classical music.
- Learning! For me, education comes first. But wait, traveling also means learning. The tiny difference is travellers learn from practice, not theory.
- Volunteering, helping others if I am able to

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Niagara Region, I walked 4 km to the bus stop at 10 p.m (In a Canada's countryside, 10 p.m is very dark). I was asked to leave the bus station at 11 p.m. I was helped by a kind bus driver to look for hostel, and took the last bus to city centre at midnight. Then, I ended up sleeping in a coffee shop.
