About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to learn how to live in harmony with our planet

ABOUT ME

I am a calm, creative and active person who is currently bimbling about after recently graduating with a degree in African Studies. I am now ready to explore all the things I didn't have time to do while studying. I love to be outside and to go on adventures...which I plan to do now! I am also passionate about many things including
the environment, vegan cooking and food, being creative, being active and participating in society, and ultimately helping to create a better future for us all...

PHILOSOPHY

I suppose my personal philosophy echos my mission at the moment, that we must connect with nature and learn how to live again without destruction of our planet. To do this I strongly believe in taking action and being proactive...as the saying goes...

"Be the change I/you want to see"

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read and some of my favorite books include Maya by Jostein Gaarder, Purple Hibiscus by Chimamande Ngozi Adichi, A Thousand Splendid Suns, poetry and novels by Ama Ata Aidoo, Ecotopia, the posionwood bible and a childhood favorite is Watership Down.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing place I have ever been to is the Okavango Delta in Botswana, there I experienced the rare feeling of ever expanding space with nothing in it except for what nature intended (just about).
