I love backpacking, biking, and long walks of any type! I love being outside, but I'm also a fan of staying in-- I love to sing, play piano, and read.

Most of my traveling has been in Europe and the Middle East and I spend my time in the States waiting to be able to go back. In the mean while, I cook Moroccan food, read books about the Ottoman Empire, and swap stories with travelers to get me through.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a 3 week through hike of the Sierra Nevadas called the John Muir Trail that ended by summiting the tallest peak in the continental US.

I’ve floated in the Dead Sea, sailed on the Nile, and hot air ballooned over Cappadocia, Turkey!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have backpacked, hiked, and biked extensively in the Northwest US. Since moving to Boston I have just started exploring the Northeast-- if you're looking for things to do outside, I have some recommendations!

I love languages, and would be particularly excited to have someone to practice with. I can speak a little Italian, even less French, but have many years of Latin under my belt. That being said I love learning about all languages.

I'm also always looking for new books to read, and would love to swap favorites with you!
