ABOUT ME

I am a complex, deep, sensitive lover. I adore adventures of every kind. I am easily motivated. Ask me to go on a long run, snowshoeing/hiking up a mountain and skiing/snowboarding down, watching live music, or having an indepth conversation, i'll do them all and even try to do them at the same time! I love plants, animals and people..oh yes and rocks too. Growth in everyway is an adventure. The wide variety of life in this universe is absolutely facinating to me. I try to see the good in EVERY living thing. I believe that deep understanding and empathy for other people/life promotes a more peaceful world. The power of the mind boggles me. Energy is a truth. I try and embrace change for it's the only thing that is constant in life. I look at my body as the temple of my soul. It is a machine. What I put into it and how I treat it will directly effect its production. I am try and challenge myself daily to stimulate growth in everyway shape and form. Nature heals me. Breathing calms me. Running and Yoga center me. Archaeology and history connect me with the past and future. Music and dance are healers. My friends and family are of utmost importance to me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

snorkeled the Hol Chan Marine Perserve in Belize, conducted archaeological investigations on Anguilla and throughout Vermont, travelled to many technical meeting throughout Europe to manage the exchange of international voluntary service, partied like a rock star at festivals around the United States and sat quitely alone in the woods.
