Hello fellow Couchsurfers,

Couchsurfing has been the most inspiring part of my travels, I'm here to meet people, make new friends and network for future collaboration in social projects. I am genuinely interested in people's stories for which I will write about in my book.

I lived in Mexico for 3 months, Chile for 6 months, Japan for 6 years, and Canada for 12 years. Visited North Korea in 2013 and saw the Mass Game, hitchhiked for more than 2000km in rural Tibet, couchsurfed in Kabul Afghanistan when we could hear shooting outside, kidnapped by the police in Niger...too many stories to be shared with you :-)

After staying home for 5 years I'm back on the road to explore the world. Love live music, learning local dishes and shopping at farmers markets. Feel free to raid my music collection/film recommendations from around the world!

Interests

Love the smell of freshly cut grass and moments before the rain.

The sound of sizzling spices and cork popping out of bottle makes me smile from ear to ear.

I have been learning how to play Erhu for several months. Held two personal photo exhibition in Japan some years ago and worked in food industry many years.
