Hey there, I’m Emre, living in Ankara, Turkey. I love wandering new cities on foot (sometimes sadly with too many step count haha), hunting down local pubs and cooking simple meals at home. I’m a pet lover and local-market hunter.

I try to travel to push my comfort zone a bit, meet new people, and get a real feel for a place beyond the tourist checklist. I’m usually up for spontaneous plans and small adventures.

Travel feels more meaningful to me when it includes people and stories. The line I draw here is any kind of discriminatory views. If you have any racist, sexist, fascist etc views, I'd prefer not to engage at all.

When I’m not out exploring, you’ll usually find me:
- Checking out tickets and travel blogs for any future trips
- Cooking simple meals at home and tweaking recipes as I go
- Creating playlists and discovering new songs (always open to recommendations). My Spotify wrapped tells me that I listen to music for more than 40k mins each year lol
- Diving into deep conversations, whether that’s over a couple of drinks or a late-night walk, or both:)
- Spending time with my friends' pets as I personally don't own one
