ABOUT ME

I really believe life has all these funny little ways of helping us out. I've been back in Aus a bit over a year now after spending a few years travelling after school, since being back I started uni and found learning never gets old! I've just moved from Sydney to Darwin and am A THOUSAND PERCENT excited for the experience! I really enjoy meeting new people, having a drink and a laugh, spontaneity and adventure, reading, writing, talking; language! If you can tell a good story or hold a good conversation we will get along!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've got some great stories and some great ideas, in my experience the CS times have been some of the most memorable, these experiences can really make a destination for a traveller! I've nothing but a huge appreciation for everyone i've met through this and for all the priceless information, ideas and guidance ive received.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I have a bookcase overflowing with amazing books that i've read or have accumulated to read! Give me an amazing book and you won't see me till i've eaten up every last word of it! Some faves are On the Road, Shantaram, anything Bryce Courtenay, That deadman dance, Cloud street, Behind the beautiful forever, Vernon God Little, Harry Potter (of course)...and so many more! I'm also massively interested in music, but a bit of everything and anything and nothing in particular!

Being only a few metres from a Hammerhead shark whilst diving the Blue Hole in Belize

Climbing a Bali volcano at sunrise and having breaky with the locals at the top
Learning to salsa in Puerto Rico
Living with a Guatemalan family to learn Spanish
Cold water diving in Canada
Volcano surfing in Nicaragua
Diving with Thresher sharks in the Philippines
Drunken border crossings in Central America
Watching tourists run scared from the water when we were surrounded by hundreds of beautiful sting rays in Costa Rica
Sitting on the beach in the Philippines watching a huge Tornado and hoping it doesn't come our way
Taking a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon
Driving through red red desert in Western Australia and being stuck in an emu road block

There has been so many amazing moments, there is not one place i don't want to see. It's just so exciting i just want it all!
