About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am currently doing my Masters degree in International Development, and have come to Greece to do some social science research. I´m here for two months to spend time volunteering with the refugees and to do some interviews with the different organisations.
ABOUT ME
I'm full of energy and keen to explore. I love meeting people with a tale to tell, or an openness to adventure. I try to never turn down an opportunity, whatever it may entail. I´ve lived in Scotland for many years and love it, though I have also spent some time living in Canada and France. I have travelled round Eastern Europe and India, as well as various spots in Europe for climbing trips. I´m an activist, and am particularly interested in campaigns about feminist and environmental issues.
PHILOSOPHY
Vive la revolution!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Beginner couch surfer, but I've done lots of informal surfing/ hosting with friends of friends of friends in the past
Interests
I love ze mountains: climbing (rock and ice), skiing, hiking, viewing... I love to read (hence the English degree) and watch films in French. I play the piano and am learning the accordion. My favourite night out is one that involves some mad dancing, especially if it's ceilidh dancing. I've recently been getting back into photography. Knitting, craftiness (creative not fox-like), cooking, drinking wine, sewing animal costumes, visiting new places, yoga, trapeze, FUN

I spent my 20th birthday at 5000m in Ladakh, India. Generally, I find that each time I climb to the top of a mountain, life feels pretty good.
