ABOUT ME

I love to be outside! Anything and everything. Fishing, running, backpacking, rock climbing, yoga, swimming, exploring! Learning, meeting, and listening to others. Trying anything, everything, and in between.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to take time for the little things. Don't get me wrong, it's easy to get caught up with incredible sites, new sensory over-loads, the whole shebang. But I also think there's something to be said about actually waking up to see the sunrise on top of a hill, observing a slug on a fern, or reading over old journals. Life is about balance--isn't that what we're all inevitably after?

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hiked up sanddunes in Saharan Morocco to watch the sunrise. Climb at 200ft cliff and hang off a belay ledge watching the sunset. Although not everything revolves around the solar cycle! :) Those are two of my most vivid memories.

I'm a potter and rock climber--beyond that I'm very open about myself and philosophies which are always easily shared. I know a lot about the outdoors (camping, backpacking, etc). I cook a little, and I use that very loosely, but would LOVE to learn more on that.
