About Me
In June 2015, I decided to take a leap of faith, quit my 9-5, sold everything I owned, and hit the road with my boyfriend, Blaise. We started out in Philadelphia and have driven all the way to Alaska and back down the west coast of the United States. We've been scuba diving and have taught English in Thailand, rode a motorbike all throughout Vietnam, ate the best Indian food in Malaysia, saw beautiful temples in Myanmar and are now off to New Zealand!
I'm originally from Atlanta, GA, but spent the last 4 years in Philadelphia, PA working in the pharmaceutical industry as a management consultant. When I was in Philly, I enjoyed having a garden, lifting heavy things at the gym, sweating in Bikram yoga, wandering around the farmers markets, and hosting friends for dinner.
If I stay with you, Blaise will be with me as well. I'm using this profile as I've been couch surfing on and off since 2009 and have many references :) We're extremely low maintenance, but love sharing travel stories and cooking for you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I was in college, I couch surfed my way around Western Europe. I found that couch surfing is 10 times more exciting than staying in a hostel or hotel. You get to meet the most interesting people and make lifelong friends!

Music, Movies, and Books
I've really been digging electronic music lately. I also have a guilty pleasure for rap and hip hop.
My favorite book is "Vagabonding" by Rolf Potts.
I haven't owned a TV in years...I am not much of a movie or TV show buff.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I quit the security of my 9-5 to pursue a different life...it's been pretty amazing so far
