ABOUT ME

Im 25 years old and ready to do all the exciting things this world has to offer! I finished my studies two years ago and have been working for European Space Agency for a while; afterwards I undertook a project to raise awareness for homelessness in EU, you can check it out in facebook https://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/Mikel-Hera/124126530997908 or in youtube http://www.youtube.com/user/MikelHeraVideo for this we have walked from Amsterdam to Spain (either Barcelona or San Sebastian) visiting different cities to document the conditions of homeless people throughout Europe... check it out! We are now following with other phases of the project so keep checking us out! At the moment, also considering a "sustainable" way to get back into engineering ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Even before I registered in CouchSurfing I already had couchsurfing experiences thanks to other friends on it and they were all amazing! People on this organization are just amazing, its just so refreshing to see someone open their home to a stranger, and share a bit of their life for a couple of days!

兴趣

I am intersted in a weird and wide variety of topics... from anything related to Space (science or science-fiction wise) to raising social awareness for different topics, from comic-books to political revolution (read: 15 of May movement in Spain)... sports wise, Im really really into Rock-Climbing :)

Designed parts for propulsion system of the International Space Station!

Also, walked from Ghent (Belgium) to San Sebastian (Spain) during 3 months, across 1271 Km in an attempt to raise awareness for homelessness in EU; filming a documentary on the way!
