ABOUT ME

I needed an outlet. I still do. For a quiet, reserved person, rap has given voice, where there was none before. Even though hip hop is not mine, I feel welcomed by a culture born on self expression, regardless of skin color. For those moments when my balls dont drop, I put courage into each song i write, record and perform. In describing one persons battle with becoming a man, my goal in the music industry is to do that, as long as possible. Some of my interests include, things i dont have, avoiding difficulty, traveling, dancing, missing people terribly and the woods. Inspiration comes through these and others, in random spurts. Before performing, i go through rounds of incredible strength, self-doubt and acceptance that the rush received is much heigher then taking pills or staying home. I need the stage. What happens after music? well, i've given that thought and frankly its helped conceal rapping more then projected it. like others, i dont see into the future...so, the dream remains, until the songs fade. yeah, i'm scared too. ...william...5/12 2007
