PHILOSOPHY

Everyone has to die someday so make the most of living!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just now I'm lodging with someone so I have no couch of my own, BUT I love meeting new people & showing them around, so if you're ever in need of a tour guide, drop me a line! If I'm free, we'll have a blast! I also love to cook, so if you fancy a bite to eat I'll see what we can do!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been staying with friends in Germany when they hosted someone else, and then I drove us all to the next big town before going our separate ways. We were crammed into the house like sardines but it was GREAT FUN! Also met other Couch Surfers in Natal, Brazil - a good time was had by all.

Interests

Traveling, traveling... oh and more traveling! I also enjoy learning languages, cooking, doing new things for the first time. And when I get the time I like to do art.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have so many books I started but didn't finish yet - but my absolute favourite is "The Day of the Triffids" by John Wyndham - I read it about 6 times.

My music taste is wide and does vary in taste (sometimes good, sometimes really, really bad!), but I always have some kind of music for every occasion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There is a salt mine near Krakow that is a UNESCO world heritage site. I spent the whole tour in AWE! I can't describe how fascinating and beautiful is was down there.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you need a hand learning some chemistry, how to do some impressive still life artwork or want to practice some languages I'm your man. I also could tell you about my personal tricks when traveling, especially around Europe. And I'm a fountain of useless information, should you ever need to prepare for a TV quiz show.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Cameroon, China, Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Swaziland, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
