I was born in Latvia and moved to the US when I was young. Now I'm back in Europe and ready to go where I feel drawn to.

The world is endlessly connected; people's lives are intertwined in the most subtle ways with their surroundings and other people. I wasn't raised to see or appreciate these connections, so I'm on a simple journey of figuring out how to do that. :)

Rom-coms are my favorite. + Superbad, Joe Dirt, How to Train Your Dragon, anything with Pauly Shore, and Marvel movies!

I've been slacking on my reading recently, but I just finished 1984 and started Hamlet. I plan on reading all of Harry Potter and LOTR soon (finally!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a 2 month solo bike trip down the west coat of the United States!
I think the most amazing though is always finding a place to live last-minute...sometimes by unexpectedly meeting kind people at restaurants
