I am a recently graduated law student from Belgium. I try to travel as much as I can while still studying and want to learn as much as I can about the world, foreign cultures and languages. I think traveling and meeting people from all over the world is essential to a person's development.

Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

I think couch surfing is the way to discover new places and meet new people.

I joined Couchsurfing in order to live life with a broader, global view. I think travelling has much more value when you take the time to talk with locals and there is no better way to meet locals than by couch surfing. That is on the visiting side.

I also occasionally host people to give back to the world what my hosts have given me and to help people on their travels. I also hope to meet interesting people through hosting.

I am interested in almost anything! I read books and articles about subjects ranging from philosophy to physics, history, geography, economics and languages. Aside from that I train in calisthenic exercise; I'm very enthusiastic about anything related to that sport.
My supreme goal is to become a "homo universalis", a man who knows something about everything (and knows that he knows nothing). ;)

What I'm currently focusing on: reading about entrepreneurship and various industries.

- An 8 day kayaking and camping trip in the Swedish Värmdö archipelago.
- 2 months of travelling through China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.
- Couchsurfing and hosting CS'ers several times!

I'm good at teaching languages and have done it before. Could teach Dutch, French and English.

Learning German at the moment!
Also learning Chinese, but that has been "on hold" since a year or so.
